# OMEGA: an explicit recovery-preserving joining theorem **Date:** 7 November 2026 **Status:** mathematical synthesis derived in this response, with a written proof and fresh exact finite checks. Not a claim of historical novelty, independent third-party review, or complete Lean formalization. The fixed Paper IX operator is unchanged. ## 1. Source boundary This synthesis uses the supplied illustrated **Paper IX Draft 0.3 (27 October 2026)**, especially Sections 2–4, 6–10; the scalar and reference definitions reproduced in that draft; the supplied spectral-obstruction Python source; and the author's public scalar/reference/network pages. The user supplied metadata for a later **v0.6** deposit. Attempts in this run to retrieve that deposit and its proposed mirror failed. Therefore no claim here attributes this synthesis to the current v0.6 text or claims a fresh audit of that deposit. Several ingredients already appear in Draft 0.3: scale conjugacy, uniform-state and mean identities, the vector remainder ledger, modulo-eight recovery, and composition with finite encodings. They are not claimed as newly discovered here. This document combines those ingredients, explicitly identifies the geometry-to-signal embedding, gives inverse translations between valid witness systems, and proves the resulting recovery diagram commutes. The scope is a join of **specified objects by specified maps**, not an identification of all OMEGA source works as a single theory. SRSD can audit the Euclidean resolution below without acquiring any new primitive. Cubature or geometric records enter the final composition only with a separately established inverse and exact finite codec. ## 2. Definitions Let \[ \phi=(1+\sqrt5)/2,\quad \Omega_0=\phi+\pi,\quad \lambda=\phi/(\phi+\pi), \] \[ Q=339949771344778,\quad S=10^{15},\quad q=Q/S,\quad D=25S. \] Use the affine scalar family \[ \Omega_\gamma(t)=1+\gamma(t-1),\qquad 0<\gamma<1. \] In particular \(\Omega_\lambda(t)=(\phi t+\pi)/(\phi+\pi)\). This theorem does **not** identify this map with earlier power-form variants \(((\phi t+\pi)/\Omega_0)^{23}\). Let \(p_0,\ldots,p_{119}\in\mathbb R^4\) be the fixed unit 600-cell vertices in the supplied lexicographic order. Let \(C\) be the \(120\times4\) matrix with rows \(p_i^T\). Let \(A\) be the adjacency matrix determined by squared distance \(2-\phi\), and put \[ M=13I+A,\quad P=M/25,\quad B=QM,\quad C_{\rm net}=B/D=qP. \] The graph is undirected and 12-regular. Define \[ \mathcal F_\gamma(v)=\mathbf1+\gamma P(v-\mathbf1),\qquad T(d)=\lfloor C_{\rm net}d\rfloor,\quad d\in\mathbb Z^{120}, \] \[ r(d)=Bd-DT(d),\qquad s(d)=d\bmod8. \] All floors are mathematical floors, including for negative integers. Thus \(0\le r_i0\), define \[ \chi(a)=1+a/a_{\rm ref},\qquad a>0. \] Then \[ \lambda=G(a)/(G(a)+C_{\rm circ}(a)),\qquad \chi(\lambda a)=\Omega_\lambda(\chi(a)). \] This is a conjugacy between positive scale evolution and the affine scalar evolution on \(t>1\). Extending to \(a=0\) gives the degenerate template; the length ratio is not evaluated as \(0/0\). **Proof.** Cancel the positive scale in the ratio and substitute the formula for \(\chi\). Its inverse on \(t>1\) is \(a=a_{\rm ref}(t-1)\). The selected semicircle and straight readout are declared measurements, not the entire outline perimeter. This calculation does not depend on changing the template's fixed positive opening angle. □ ### B. Exact scalar and geometric subdynamics of the real network Let \[ \eta=(13+6\phi)/25,\qquad E(t,w)=t\mathbf1+Cw,\quad t\in\mathbb R,\ w\in\mathbb R^4. \] Then \(E\) is injective, with inverse on its image \[ t=\frac1{120}\mathbf1^Tv,\qquad w=\frac1{30}C^Tv. \] Moreover, for every \(0<\gamma<1\), \[ \boxed{\mathcal F_\gamma(E(t,w)) =E(\Omega_\gamma(t),\gamma\eta w).} \] In particular, with \(\iota(t)=t\mathbf1\) and \(m(v)=120^{-1}\mathbf1^Tv\), \[ \mathcal F_\gamma\circ\iota=\iota\circ\Omega_\gamma, \qquad m\circ\mathcal F_\gamma=\Omega_\gamma\circ m. \] The latter identity is generally a many-to-one semiconjugacy, not full-state recovery from a mean. **Proof.** Regularity and symmetry give \(P\mathbf1=\mathbf1\) and \(\mathbf1^TP=\mathbf1^T\). The finite geometric identity gives \(PC=\eta C\). Therefore \[ \mathcal F_\gamma(t\mathbf1+Cw) =\mathbf1+\gamma[(t-1)\mathbf1+\eta Cw]. \] This is the claimed intertwining. The inverse follows from \(\mathbf1^TC=0\) and \(C^TC=30I_4\). Geometrically, at an axis vertex the 12 neighboring vertices all have axial coordinate \(\phi/2\) and cancel transversely, so their sum is \(6\phi\) times that vertex. Orthogonal vertex transitivity gives the same identity everywhere. The checker independently verifies every entry directly in integer pairs. □ **Interpretation.** This is an actual embedding of one scalar mode and four geometric coordinate modes in the 120-signal system. It is not a claim that every signal lies in this five-dimensional subspace. Quantization need not preserve that subspace. ### B'. An integer bridge derived directly from the golden coordinates Write the doubled coordinate matrix as \[ 2C=C_0+\phi C_1,\qquad C_0,C_1\in\mathbb Z^{120\times4}. \] Expanding \(A(C_0+\phi C_1)=6\phi(C_0+\phi C_1)\) using \(\phi^2=\phi+1\), and comparing rational and irrational coefficients, gives \[ AC_0=6C_1,\qquad AC_1=6C_0+6C_1. \] Consequently \[ \boxed{M[C_0\ C_1]=[C_0\ C_1] \begin{pmatrix}13I_4&6I_4\\6I_4&19I_4\end{pmatrix}.} \] This is an exact integer realization of the pair of conjugate golden modes, not an analogy. Its 2-by-2 block has eigenvalues \(16\pm3\sqrt5\). For \(t\in\mathbb Z\) and \(x,z\in\mathbb Z^4\), define \[ E_{\mathbb Z}(t,x,z)=t\mathbf1+C_0x+C_1z\in\mathbb Z^{120}. \] The finite coordinate calculation gives \[ \mathbf1^TC_0=\mathbf1^TC_1=0,\quad C_0^TC_0=72I_4,\quad C_0^TC_1=-24I_4,\quad C_1^TC_1=48I_4. \] Thus this encoding is injective, with inverse on its image \[ t=\frac1{120}\mathbf1^Td,\qquad x=\frac1{120}(2C_0^T+C_1^T)d,\qquad z=\frac1{120}(C_0^T+3C_1^T)d. \] All three expressions are integers for inputs in the declared image. Direct substitution proves \[ \boxed{M E_{\mathbb Z}(t,x,z) =E_{\mathbb Z}(25t,\,13x+6z,\,6x+19z).} \] This supplies a concrete interface from golden-coordinate geometry to integer signal inputs. It does not require an unspecified real-to-byte conversion. It also does **not** imply that componentwise flooring preserves this nine-dimensional source image. After quantization, the modulo-eight witnesses of Part D recover the full signal; the displayed inverse then recovers \(t,x,z\). Combining with Part F gives, for every finite horizon \(n\), \[ \boxed{ E_{\mathbb Z}^{-1}\!\left( \operatorname{DecodeHistory}_8\! (\operatorname{EncodeHistory}_8(E_{\mathbb Z}(t,x,z))) \right)=(t,x,z). } \] This is the concrete geometry-to-witness-history joining statement. It concerns this specified integer geometric family; it is not a finite encoding of arbitrary real geometry. For unrestricted real geometric inputs one must separately specify a suitable exact representation, as in Part F. ### C. The scalar rational ledger is an exact restriction of the vector ledger Define \(t_q(n)=\lfloor Qn/S\rfloor\) and \(\rho(n)=Qn-St_q(n)\) for \(n\in\mathbb Z\). Then \[ \boxed{T(n\mathbf1)=t_q(n)\mathbf1,\qquad r(n\mathbf1)=25\rho(n)\mathbf1.} \] For arbitrary integer signals, \[ \boxed{q\,m(d)=m(T(d))+m(r(d))/D.} \] **Proof.** \(Mn\mathbf1=25n\mathbf1\), so the 25 cancels in the floor. Substitution gives the remainder identity. Summing \(QMd=DT(d)+r(d)\) and using \(\mathbf1^TM=25\mathbf1^T\) gives the mean ledger. □ This is a literal restriction of the integer dynamics, not merely a resemblance of proof styles. It does not say flooring commutes with taking a mean. Indeed, \(d=100e_0\) gives \(m(T(d))=29/120\), whereas \(\lfloor q m(d)\rfloor=0\). ### D. Full remainders and modulo-eight witnesses are equivalent valid record systems Define \[ R_{\rm full}(d)=(T(d),r(d)),\qquad R_8(d)=(T(d),s(d)). \] Both are bijections from \(\mathbb Z^{120}\) onto their respective valid images. There are explicit inverse translations between those images that preserve the first component \(T(d)\). **Full-record proof.** A record \((y,r)\) is valid precisely when \(0\le r_i9\sum_i z_i^2\ge9\sum_i|z_i|. \] Also \(z^TMz\le\|Mz\|_\infty\sum_i|z_i|\). Therefore \(\|Mz\|_\infty>9\), and integrality improves this to \(\|Mz\|_\infty\ge10\). If \(R_8(d)=R_8(e)\), then \(d-e=8z\). Equal floored outputs imply \(\|C_{\rm net}(d-e)\|_\infty<1\). But for \(z\ne0\), \[ \|C_{\rm net}(8z)\|_\infty \ge80Q/D>1, \] an exact integer comparison. Hence \(z=0\) and \(d=e\). **Finite decoder.** Put \[ c_y=C_{\rm net}^{-1}(y+\tfrac12\mathbf1),\qquad R_i=\tfrac12\sum_j|(C_{\rm net}^{-1})_{ij}|. \] Every predecessor lies in \([c_{y,i}-R_i,c_{y,i}+R_i]\). The checked inverse gives \[ 2R_i\le\|C_{\rm net}^{-1}\|_\infty =\frac{1078900000000000000}{90596614063383337}<12<16. \] An interval of width less than 16 contains at most two integers of any fixed residue modulo eight. Enumerate their product and check the exact floor inequalities. The true predecessor survives for a valid record, and injectivity makes it the only survivor. A resource-limited computation that stops early must report unresolved, not invalid. Let this decoder be \(D_8\), and let \(D_{\rm full}(y,r)=B^{-1}(Dy+r)\). The explicit translations are \[ J(y,r)=\bigl(y,D_{\rm full}(y,r)\bmod8\bigr), \] \[ H(y,s)=\bigl(y,B D_8(y,s)-Dy\bigr). \] On valid images, \[ \boxed{H\circ J=I,\qquad J\circ H=I.} \] Indeed, both routes reconstruct the same unique \(d\), and then re-encode it. □ **Consequences.** The modulo-eight witness is not the componentwise Euclidean remainder. It is a different, output-dependent recoding of the same valid predecessor information. A complete independent residue vector needs exactly \(120\log_2 8=360\) bits. No global minimum-witness claim follows. ### E. Exact bridge between ideal evolution and rational quantized records For every \(d\in\mathbb Z^{120}\), \[ \boxed{\mathcal F_\lambda(\mathbf1+d) =\mathbf1+T(d)+r(d)/D+(\lambda-q)Pd.} \] Every term on the right is determined by the valid record \(R_8(d)\) and the shared constants, since Part D recovers \(d\) and \(r(d)\). For a trajectory \(d_{k+1}=T(d_k)\) of length \(n\), \[ \boxed{\mathcal F_\lambda^{\,n}(\mathbf1+d_0) =\mathbf1+d_n+ \sum_{k=0}^{n-1}(\lambda P)^{n-1-k} \left(r_k/D+(\lambda-q)Pd_k\right).} \] **Proof.** Since \(qPd=T(d)+r/D\), subtracting or adding \(qPd\) proves the one-step formula. If \(e_k=(\lambda P)^kd_0-d_k\), then \[ e_{k+1}=\lambda P e_k+(\lambda-q)Pd_k+r_k/D,\qquad e_0=0. \] Unrolling this finite recurrence proves the formula. It is an exact symbolic identity; finite decimal evaluation of \(\pi\) is not required to define it. □ **The correction cannot be discarded globally.** For the uniform input \(t\mathbf1\), \(t=2S=2000000000000000\), the checker proves using rational enclosures that \[ \lfloor qt\rfloor=679899542689556, \quad \lfloor\lambda t\rfloor=679899542689557. \] Thus the rational and ideal floor maps genuinely differ on allowed unbounded inputs. A declared bounded domain may admit agreement, but that needs a separate parameter-interval proof. ### F. Finite histories and exact source records compose For every finite \(n\), the map \[ d_0\mapsto(d_n,s_0,\ldots,s_{n-1}) \] is injective, with inverse by backward application of \(D_8\). It determines the full remainders at every step and satisfies \[ B^nd_0=D^nd_n+ \sum_{k=0}^{n-1}D^kB^{n-1-k}r_k. \] If a source class \(X\) has an explicitly injective finite encoding \(e:X\to\mathbb Z^{120}\) and inverse \(e^{-1}\) on its image, then \[ \boxed{ e^{-1}\circ\operatorname{DecodeHistory}_8\circ \operatorname{EncodeHistory}_8\circ e=I_X. } \] **Proof.** Decode the last step and proceed by induction. The telescoping formula follows by multiplying the recurrence by powers of \(B\) and \(D\) and cancelling adjacent terms. The final composition follows by substituting the two inverse identities. □ An injective byte adapter is \(m\mapsto(N(m),0,\ldots,0)\), with \(N(m)\) the big-endian integer obtained by prepending byte `01`. It preserves leading zero bytes and the empty message. Arbitrary unrecorded real-valued geometry is not automatically a finite record. Transporting a source record also does not imply that the source's original dynamics commute with \(T\); that requires a separately proved intertwining equation. ## 5. The geometry of the decoder, corrected For a fixed output \(y\), the real consistency cell is the half-open parallelepiped \[ \mathcal C_y=C_{\rm net}^{-1}\bigl(y+[0,1)^{120}\bigr). \] The original integer fiber is \(\mathcal C_y\cap\mathbb Z^{120}\). With a modulo-eight witness \(s\), the candidate set is \[ \boxed{\mathcal C_y\cap(s+8\mathbb Z^{120}).} \] It contains at most one point, and exactly one for a valid record. The decoder's midpoint intervals give an axis-aligned enclosure of \(\mathcal C_y\), not the exact cell itself. Each coordinate interval contributes at most two residue-compatible integer candidates; their Cartesian product generally contains infeasible combinations, removed by the full coupled inequalities. The separate maximum-fiber packing body \[ K_{\rm pack}=[0,73]^{120}+M[0,1]^{120} \] is a common thickened container used in a different volume argument. Its coordinate projection \(\pi_W K_{\rm pack}\) is not automatically the projection of one actual fiber or the convex hull of its admissible integer states. No dashed ray in an unspecified diagram constitutes an invertible map without definitions. In particular, neither the signal lattice's dimension 120 nor its fiber count is automatically represented faithfully by a 3D sketch. ## 6. Why the hypotheses are not forced by shared constants - For the chosen \(M=13I+A\), \(M\mathbf1=25\mathbf1\) and \(\rho(M)=25\). Consequently \(P=M/25\) is nonexpansive with norm one, not a strict contraction. The factors \(\gamma=\lambda\) or \(q\) make the affine/centered dynamics contractive. - The choice of 13 is not forced by the marked planar curve. Every undirected r-regular graph has the analogous row-stochastic normalization \(((r+1)I+A)/(2r+1)\); stricter coefficients yield other valid models. Thus normalization is forced after selecting the matrix, not uniquely selected by \(\phi,\pi\). - The algebraic spectral field \(\mathbb Q(\phi)\) and the real coefficient \(\lambda=\phi/(\phi+\pi)\) are different roles. In particular, \(\lambda\) cannot belong to the algebraic field \(\mathbb Q(\phi)\), because that would make \(\pi=\phi(1/\lambda-1)\) algebraic. - Scalar contraction proves shrinking/extinction under suitable domain hypotheses; it is not needed for Euclidean remainder inversion. \(Qd=Sy+\rho\) is invertible from a valid full record whenever \(Q\ne0\). The network positive-definiteness argument instead establishes integer separation for a compressed witness. - The exact integral witness and finite codec prove information recovery, not fast decoding, authentication, physical identification, or a result about P versus NP. ## 7. What has and has not been achieved The supplied packages can be joined at declared interfaces: marked scale, affine scalar dynamics, real graph dynamics, geometric coordinate modes, rational floor specialization, equivalent valid witness records, and finite history reconstruction. The join is expressed by injective maps, intertwining identities, and explicitly invertible record translations. This synthesis does not prove that the 600-cell is uniquely determined by OMEGA's scalar constants, that all source theories are equivalent, that the nonlinear power-form operator is the same map, or that a field outside a finite encoding has been captured. It does not improve the prior maximum-fiber bounds or independently recertify the 352-bit volume theorem. The implemented 360-bit witness remains the recovery device here. ### Execution evidence Run `python verify_join.py --output results_normal.json` and `python -O verify_join.py --output results_optimized.json`. Fresh runs in this response produced identical report bytes. They checked the pinned graph; all 120 Sylvester minors; the exact integer inverse and norm; all 480 entries of \(AC=6\phi C\); the 16 Gram entries; four zero coordinate sums; 20 five-mode intertwining/Gram-inverse examples in \(\mathbb Q(\phi)\); 12 integer golden-coordinate/matrix/quantizer/recovery compositions; 259 scalar-diagonal cases; 20 full-remainder/modulo-eight conversions and exact-search inversions; 18 reconstructed history steps; five exact byte adapters; and an exact rational enclosure proving the ideal/rational floor counterexample. These finite example counts supplement the universal proofs above; they are not the sole justification for them. ### Sources and provenance - Supplied `OMEGA_NAUGHT_Paper_IX_Draft_0_3_Illustrated_2026-10-27(1).pdf`, especially Sections 2–4, 6–10.
