Scale-Resolved State Dynamics: Foundational Closure Specification
Newman, Matthew Alan (2026-08-14). ORCID 0009-0007-5468-3125.
Frozen SRSD v1.0, used as an external arithmetic and resolution-audit instrument. Encoder/decoder, residual fiber, carry, and reconstruction. Not the foundation of a combined G₆ theorem. Foundational closure means internal sufficiency of the frozen v1.0 specification, not invention of division with remainder or a new foundation for mathematics.
Current architecture: Paper III is the frozen external SRSD audit instrument. Older G₆ “sole foundation” language in frozen packages is provenance only. The primitive SRSD encoder and decoder use coordinatewise quotient–residual decomposition through the floor function, a standard mathematical construction. SRSD does not claim to invent division with remainder or to provide a new foundation for mathematics. “Foundational closure” refers only to the internal sufficiency of the frozen SRSD v1.0 specification for the systems it defines.

Open PDF: https://zenodo.org/records/21927248/files/THE%20SRSD_Foundational_Closure_Specification.pdf?download=1. Unique Zenodo PDF for this work.
Bundled local copy of Papers I–V: Global_Mathematical_Object_Papers_I-V_v1.0.pdf. Historical provenance bundle; bytes preserved; served noindex, noarchive. The canonical deposit remains the unique Zenodo record, not this bundle. The filename preserves historical “Global Mathematical Object” packaging and does not define current mathematical dependence.

The archive makes no blanket claim of novelty, priority, peer review, or independent validation. Some displayed identities are standard or definitional and are included to make the computational specification self-contained. Any claim of originality must concern a specifically stated formulation or derived result and must be evaluated separately against the relevant prior literature.
