The 399 rational-floor example

The integer map is the one already used by the reconstruction tool. This page hosts the written note and the small reference checkers.

Q=339949771344778Q=339949771344778, S=1015S=10^{15}, F(d)=⌊Qd/S⌋F(d)=\lfloor Qd/S\rfloor, ρ(d)=Qd−SF(d)\rho(d)=Qd-SF(d). For 399, Q⋅399=135⋅1015+639958766566422Q\cdot399=135\cdot10^{15}+639958766566422.

Log plot of integer state 32767 falling to zero in ten steps, with two first-step residuals.
A different seed from the 399 example. Under the same Q and S, 32767 and 32768 both have first quotient 11139, with residuals 134157654340726 and 474107425685504. The orbit of 32767 reaches 0 at step 10. Zero ends that finite schedule. It does not say a field vanishes. The same two residuals are witnesses in the transition-invariant checker.
The rational floor step splits seed 399 into quotient 135 and remainder 639958766566422. The valid quotient–remainder pair reconstructs 399.
Q = 339949771344778 and S = 1000000000000000. The identity Q·399 = S·135 + rho records the part discarded by the floor operation. Recovery uses d = (S·d_next + rho)/Q with exact divisibility. Open full-size diagram: An exact remainder record

The step multiplies the state by Q/S and takes the floor. The remainder records the discarded fractional part multiplied by S; it is not an adjustment to division by three. A valid shorter suffix is another seed. The external scale h = 1/100 is display only.

The worked tool is Recover a record. The same rule is on the 399 walkthrough. The dynamics labs remain at the floor section and the reconstruction section. The floor identity is an integer encoding, not membership in the golden field. That separation is the exact field interface.

General integer statement

The 399 record above is one specialization. It is not the general statement, and the scalar φ+π\varphi+\pi is not the geometric object those marks come from. Let QQ and SS be positive integers and let ddbe an integer. Set dnext=⌊Qd/S⌋d_{\mathrm{next}}=\lfloor Qd/S\rfloor and ρ=Qd−Sdnext\rho=Qd-Sd_{\mathrm{next}}. Then 0≤ρ<S0\le\rho<S, Qd=Sdnext+ρQd=Sd_{\mathrm{next}}+\rho, and d=(Sdnext+ρ)/Qd=(Sd_{\mathrm{next}}+\rho)/Q. The hypothesis Q<SQ<S is not used. That inequality belongs to a separate contraction statement.

The floor definition says dnextd_{\mathrm{next}} is the unique integer with dnext≤Qd/S<dnext+1d_{\mathrm{next}}\le Qd/S<d_{\mathrm{next}}+1. Multiplying by the positive scale SS gives the residual bounds and the division identity. Dividing that identity by QQ recovers dd.

An integer pair (dnext,ρ)(d_{\mathrm{next}},\rho) with 0≤ρ<S0\le\rho<S is an exact predecessor record when QQ divides Sdnext+ρSd_{\mathrm{next}}+\rho. If the declared source domain is the nonnegative integers, the predecessor must also be nonnegative. The residual bounds do not imply that extra condition. On all integers, the predecessor d=−1d=-1 of (Q,S,dnext,ρ)=(5,2,−3,1)(Q,S,d_{\mathrm{next}},\rho)=(5,2,-3,1) is admissible.

Two reconstructions are not the same map. The SRSD decoder DS(dnext,ρ)=Sdnext+ρD_S(d_{\mathrm{next}},\rho)=Sd_{\mathrm{next}}+\rho returns the observation QdQd. The source state is the further quotient d=(Sdnext+ρ)/Qd=(Sd_{\mathrm{next}}+\rho)/Q. For integer records the reachable pairs are those (k,ρ)(k,\rho) with 0≤ρ<S0\le\rho<S and QQ dividing Sk+ρSk+\rho. A nonnegative source domain also requires Sk+ρ≥0Sk+\rho\ge 0. The feedback d↦dnextd\mapsto d_{\mathrm{next}} is application data. Its injectivity is not decided here. A completed application record is not SRSD conformance.

The argument above is supplied. It has not been given a separate review. A reading produced in this archive is not an independent human review. The absence of an ASD-STE100 review does not by itself show a mathematical defect, and acceptance of this one record would not verify the archive.

The canonical specialization keeps Q=339949771344778Q=339949771344778 and S=1015S=10^{15}. Its statement text was not revised. The 24 September checker pass remains that checker’s declared result. It was not reused as the result below.

Checker: verify_floor_general.py (3,683 bytes, SHA-256 c4bb196ae7ef360e11eaa4e356678286f42b87bf33d3c9f94ab831a9f985e564). The 7 October logs remain. The 8 October record is execution.json. Its stdout hashes match the earlier logs because the checker prints no date. The checker rejects a zero or negative scale, a residual outside [0,S)[0,S), a numerator not divisible by QQ, and a negative predecessor when the domain is nonnegative. It has no Python assert statements.

These bytes match SHA256SUMS.txt, except the ZIP. The original container was not in the upload, so this archive assembled OMEGA_399_Exact_Rule_and_Grok_Handoff.zip from the hosted checksummed files plus SHA256SUMS.txt. It is a download bundle, not a recovered author ZIP. LICENSE-CODE was copied from the already hosted site license because that file has the checksummed SHA-256.

Inspection snapshots named by the checksum file are listed at evidence. This archive’s own run is evidence/2026-09-24/execution.json. It is not one of the supplied transcripts.

python3 floor_kernel.py 399 --verify --site-reference evidence/omega_reference_checker.py and the same command under -O reproduce verification_python.txt. node verify_floor_kernel.mjs --site-bridge evidence/bridge.js reproduces verification_node.txt. The commands without those optional comparisons also pass. Their stdout omits the downloaded-site line, so it is a different file.

A separate module run exported the production 399 record and imported that text back to seed 399. A separate browser check of the same control cleared the seed field and recovered 399 from the imported record. The checker runs themselves were not a browser session.
