OMEGA Marked Reference Geometry: Construction-to-Curve Theorem for a One-Arcsecond Circular Seed with Bilateral Golden Extensions
Newman, Matthew Alan (2026-09-01). ORCID 0009-0007-5468-3125.
Construction-to-curve theorem: a one-arcsecond circular seed with sequential bilateral a, aφ extensions determines a unique marked OMEGA kernel. Existence, uniqueness, exact characterization, and rigid-motion uniqueness. Complete six-ray center-angular fan; Gram rank two with factorization G = c² 1 1ᵀ + z zᵀ; exact oriented realization in R³. Metric outer scaffold is an adopted transcription of the notebook annotations. Remaining outer curves and signed-depth completion are not claimed.
The Construction-to-OMEGA theorem proves that the one-arcsecond seed, orientation, sequential bilateral a, aφ extensions, and the selected major arc determine a unique marked kernel, equivalently characterized by the displayed formulas. Those extensions are additional declared rules, not consequences of the arcsecond. Version 1.6 closes all fifteen center angles, the Gram data, and an oriented frame in R³. The metric outer scaffold is an adopted transcription of the notebook annotations. Remaining outer curves and signed-depth completion are not claimed. The companion generator evaluates the closed formulas; it is not a theorem checker. The Julia mathematical proof companion (v0.1) is supporting software and documentation at /julia-proofs; it does not enlarge the eight source works. Sixty-eight members hosted; SHA256SUMS match. Author-supplied Julia 1.11.6 O0/O3 records are not a site run. A later six-mark exploration (cross-ratio inverse, landmark decoding, baseline integration obstruction) is hosted at /geometry/exploration-02; it is additional work, not a theorem of Paper VII, and does not replace the one-arcsecond kernel.

The archive makes no blanket claim of novelty, priority, peer review, or independent validation. Some displayed identities are standard or definitional and are included to make the computational specification self-contained. Any claim of originality must concern a specifically stated formulation or derived result and must be evaluated separately against the relevant prior literature.
